Help!

Technology can be a wonderful thing, especially when it works. From time to time, everyone needs a helping hand. If you can't get things working the way you want them to in your classroom, use one of the options below.
Not sure how to use what you have?
If you need some help using the software or hardware in your room, you have a couple of options.
If you think this is something that a few questions and someone showing you how to do it might work, try checking with your IT Building Assistant. If you're not sure who that is, check the IT Who's Who page.
If you think you would like something more comprehensive, like a complete, start-to-finish training, or in-classroom support, please put in a request.
Think what you have is broken?
Again, there are a couple of options for you:
IT Building Assistant: Please remember that these people carry a full teaching and extra duty load, so understand that they may not be able to get to you right away.
ServiceNow. Use your network login, with @malonecsd.org, and the password you use to log into district computers. For more information on using ServiceNow, please see this page on the district website.
